A Mathematical Optimization Model for Maintenance Planning of School Buildings

This article presents a methodology to optimize the maintenance planning model and minimize total costs of typical school building. It makes an effort provide schedule, focusing on costs. In allocation operations equipment, parameter its age was also taken into account. A mathematical optimization cost in three-year period provided GAMS software with CPLEX solver.
